Spencer was born and raised in Steveston, a small village in Richmond, BC. He went to Elementary School and High School in Richmond. Growing up in a family of restaurateurs, Spencer thought that he would follow in the footsteps of his father but one day he stumbled upon the world of real estate. Once the interest hit, he could not get enough. Serving people in real estate has become a true obsession for him.
